Ministry/Faith Formation & Parish Evangelization

The Office for Evangelization and Faith Formation seeks to fulfill the command of Jesus Christ to “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matt: 28:18-20). In accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Diocese of Orange, we do this by promoting a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the worthy celebration of the Sacraments, and on-going participation in Catholic faith formation. This office also provides resources and tools for parishes, assesses needs, and facilitates networking for parishes staff members supporting faith formation ministries serving children as well as adults.

Evangelize Now Conference, formerly known as “Diocesan Ministry Celebration," or “DMC," is our annual evangelization event of the year. The goal is to inspire and equip attendees with necessary tools to share the Good News with others! Save the date for October 15, 2022.
